Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the Holland Construction, Inc. project known as the Hallasan Apartments, for the owners Nash-Holland Koreatown Investors, LLC.

The 37-story residential high-rise tower features 375 contemporary units and retail space located in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 695,600-square-foot, Type I project includes 28 stories of residential apartments, seven stories of above-grade parking, one level of lobby/leasing and amenity space, a rooftop pool and lounge, and three levels of subterranean parking.

RediStair® supplied 198 precast stringers to facilitate the construction of this project.
